THE BLACK RIVER AREA COMMUNITY COALITION
BRACC is a coalition mobilizing individuals in the Vermont communities of Chester, Ludlow, Plymouth and Mount Holly under a shared mission for positive youth development.
The Chester Teen Center
Wednesdays + Fridays from 3pm - 5:30pm
at the old Congo Church, 469 Main St. in Chester, VT.

Research and Assessment
We compare local and regional data to understand, identify, and address the current mental health and substance use issues facing our youth communities.
Resources and Support
We provide youth, parents, schools, towns, and community partners with access to tools that increase awareness, knowledge, and resource capacity around prevention work.
Youth Programs and Initiatives
We work with our coalition team and partners to sponsor programs and projects that decrease risk factors and support the development of protective factors for our youth community.

Our coalition is made up of individuals, organizations, and businesses that believe in our mission of empowering and mobilizing the community to collaborate on activities that support youth.
